Senior Art Shows

72nd Bi-Annual Senior Art Show
Graduating art majors showcase their work in the 72nd Biannual Senior Art Show, titled Issue No. 72: In Bloom, from April 14 to May 13 at both SU ’s Downtown Gallery and University Gallery in Fulton Hall.
This capstone exhibition class, taught by Professor Jinchul Kim, highlights the culmination of students’ artistic journeys, allowing them to take the lead in curating a professional gallery experience.
The exhibition features a total of 32 students, split between two locations. Sixteen graphic design majors will present their work in the University Gallery, while the other 16 fine arts majors will exhibit at the Downtown Gallery.
The theme, “In Bloom,” reflects the growth and transformation of this graduating class. Just as plants enter new cycles of life, these emerging artists are evolving and poised to embark on their next creative endeavors, leaving a lasting impression through their work. As participants in SU’s 72nd senior exhibition, they embrace this transition, metaphorically “blooming” into the next chapter of their lives.
